- 2) Get crayons or colored pencils ready and color everything you’re feeling in your body at the moment, going into as much detail as you like
- 3) Pick the top three places you want to address in our time together and write these on the back of the page
- 4) Bring this page with you to your first session
- 5) Print the client information form below, fill it out and bring it with you as well. If you're scheduling an Ashiatsu session, please also print and fill out the Ashiatsu client information form below and bring it with you.
