Before Your First Session
I’m looking forward to working with you, and am excited you’ve taken the first step to schedule a session. Follow these four steps before coming in for your appointment.
- 1) Print this body map
- 2) Get crayons or colored pencils ready and color everything you’re feeling in your body at the moment, going into as much detail as you like
- 3) Pick the top three places you want to address in our time together and write these on the back of the page
- 4) Bring this page with you to your first session
