Join me for monthly therapeutic yoga classes
at my office, 1633 Fillmore St, suite GL3, and Aerial Cirque Over Park Hill for aerial yoga classes

Classes are scheduled from 9am to noon on -

  • July 13th, Side Dominance
  • Aug 18th, Aerial Yoga Self Care Sunday (2-5pm, Aerial Cirque Over Park Hill)
  • Sept 14th, Healthy Backs through Core Strength
  • Oct 13th, Aerial Yoga Self Care Sunday (2-5pm, Aerial Cirque Over Park Hill)
  • Nov 9th, Steady Balance through Hip Strength
  • Dec 14th, Happy Knees through Foot Flexibility

Each class begins with anatomy, kinesiology and yoga basic principles, followed by a pretty long yoga practice (all levels welcome) and we finish with a homemade lunch provided by Russell. Class are really geared toward beginners and people trying to figure out pain, tightness, and restriction. We talk and laugh a lot in class. It's not your standard yoga class. It's about having fun while learning and moving. Oh yeah, and eating, since that's a big part of it too.

Have you ever wanted to take your yoga practice into the air? Have you seen Aerial before, and thought you could never do it? Well, here's your chance to just play, and realize you're stronger than you ever imagined. You can do it! No yoga or aerial experience needed. You'll be surprised how fast the time passes and how quickly you want to do it again.

We take a basic all-levels yoga class and move some of the poses into the air. We'll build some good upper and lower body strength as well as self-confidence, as you'll be able to do more than you ever thought you could in such a short time!

Classes Options

Join me for Wednesday night therapeutic yoga classes

Let's explore how the body moves with therapeutic yoga. This class is for anyone who wants to move out of tightness, soreness, stiffness and pain, and into more ease, fun, humor and power. Each class will have an anatomical focus (a joint in the body) and how that focus affects the whole body. You bring yourself and a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothes. I'll bring all the props you'll need to enjoy the experience. Class size is limited to six students to ensure you get an individualized experience.   • Sept 4, 11, 18, 25 - focusing on feet, ankles, knees and hips
  • Oct 9, 16, 23, 30 - focusing on core, back, spine, shoulders and neck
  • Nov 6, 13, 20, 27 - focusing on hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders and head
  • Dec 4, 11, 18 - focusing on restorative yoga for the hectic holiday season
