Fitness classes let you move better in a small class format, up to six students only, and we focus on improving your function to get you to your goals.

Workshops let you stimulate your brain and body with a therapeutic focus. Whether you’re flying around in the air (aerial yoga), slowing down with yoga, studying philosophy with the Yamas and Niyamas or just plain having a ball, you’ll find something that gets your creative side playing.
