Weights

Weights class is exactly that, one hour of barbell work that trains every major muscle of your body.

It’s no frills, that’s for sure. You’ll work your legs, chest, back, arms and core in 60 minutes, but the time will just fly by.

But wait, there’s a cardiovascular component to it too! That means you’ll sweat while you tone, so you’re burning more calories. How’s that go again? The more calories you burn, the better you feel and look. It’s a win/win situation.

Here’s another great part of the class. You get to choose the amount of weight you put on the bar. That means that every fitness level can join in on the fun and see results fast!

We ask that you register in advance, as class size is limited to four participants. There’s a bit of equipment set up, of course, so best to be here a few minutes in advance.

The class is open to any and all fitness levels, so if you’re new to weight lifting, we’ll make sure you’re set up for success right from the get go. If you’ve been lifting for a while, we’re sure we can offer a challenge to get you to that next level!
