Yoga is a great way to lengthen and strengthen your entire body!

Our yoga classes here focus more on the therapeutic application of yoga. We do smaller movements to really tune in to what’s going on in your body.

It’s not the no pain, no gain adage at all. It’s actually, no pain, well then, no pain! Our philosophy is to build strength and suppleness around the joints and the muscles will move better because of this. Flexibility is sort of a byproduct.

We spend time warming up the body before working on strengthening standing poses.

We move on to some deep stretches, slow breathing and restorative poses to truly connect the mind and body.

The best part? The yoga nap at the end, of course!

These yoga classes are open to all levels of yoga practitioner although we focus most on injury rehabilitation, pain management and pain reduction. You don’t need to be bendy at all to participate, just so you know.

We have all the props in house, so you don’t need to bring anything with you. We even have mats if you don’t have one, and we wipe them down after every class, so no worries there.

Class space is limited to five participants, so we ask that you register in advance.
