Yoga therapy techniques show you how to move to prevent this tension from coming back.

Private sessions with Josh can be either massage or yoga therapy, or both. Each session comes with a program designed for you to progress to wherever it is you want to go and whatever it is you want to do. Each session is specifically catered to you and what’s going in your body right now.
