Welcome to Week 4 of the “Have a Ball” 30-day movement challenge!
We’re at the last week already?! How did that happen so quickly?!
How did last week go? Are you ready to add on or move on? What did you think of the hip flexor rolling? It was intense, right? How was the IT band stuff? That third movement was a zinger, I know! And who would have thought the diaphragm was so tight?
Did you head back to Week 1 or Week 2 videos at all? Oh, that foot video would be so nice right now. Maybe a quick visit to the hamstrings again?
I bet your daily practice has settled into a good time that works for you. It just takes a little time and flexibility.
Well, we’re on to the last three videos, and they’re about the spine and the shoulders. You get to pick which of these videos to watch! The spine video is the longest of the month, and when you get into it, I’m sure you’ll see why. This week’s videos may not be super comfortable, but again, once you’re done, you should feel really good, if not great.
You can head back to Week 1 to Week 3 videos at any time, if you’d like. Or you can stick with these three videos all week long.
