Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras are a well of information for us as people. It even includes practices on how to interact with our fellow humans as well as how to help ourselves out with introspection. Some might say it’s psychotherapy that has followed us through the ages.
Join me in this year-long look at these practices using Deb Adele’s book as starting points for our inquiries. Each month focuses on one of the ten practices, with two review months included as a way to see how far we’ve come.
